Hyssop is a small perennial native plant to Europe and the Mediterranean. It is mentioned in the Bible and is an ancient oil used for sprinkling in some of the sacrifices and purifications of the Jews.
This hyssop smells herbaceous with minty, eucalyptus notes. Important: Use at low doses.
