Clove has been used as a spice for thousands of years. It has a warm, spicy aroma with a touch of fruity nuances.


Blending Suggestions: with other citrus oils, lavender, rose, jasmine, ylang ylang, frankincense, clary sage, benzoin, bergamot, rosemary, eucalyptus.

Anointing Oil, Perfume, Massage, Lotion, Soap

 

Warming, Comforting, Uplifting

 

Analgesic, Antimicrobial. Antioxidant. Anti-inflammatory


Safety: 

Cautions:  There is a moderate possibility of skin sensitization and mucous membrane irritation.  Use low dilutions on the skin (0.5% or less in a carrier oil) for short periods of time.  Do not use with babies and young children.  Do not use undiluted on the skin.  Use caution inhaling or diffusing this oil.
